The following terms and conditions apply to sales made through www.pearlpassion.com.

Please take time to read as usage of www.pearlpassion.com confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We strive to ensure excellence in customer satisfaction

1. Free Gift Wrapping

  • All items of jewellery will be delivered in either an Organza or a Chinese satin draw string pouch.

2. UK Postage and Packing

  • All orders within the United Kingdom are at a flat rate of £1.75 which is automatically added to the check out process when you make a purchase.
  • International delivery costs are a flat rate of £10.
  • We will endeavour to post your order within two to three working days following receipt of your order.
  • Postage within the UK will be by Royal Mail recorded Signed For, or in the case of a larger order, Royal Mail Special Delivery - both of which require a signature as proof of receipt.  Recycled envelopes may be used for postage to keep costs to a minimum and aid the environment.
  • Overseas deliveries may vary according to the country of destination.
  • Please contact me if another form of delivery service is required

3. Secure Payments System

  • In order to have peace of mind when purchasing products online, Pearl Passion has chosen PayPal™ as our online payment partner to provide a secure payment system as you use our credit or debit card.

4.  Return Policy

  • If you wish to return an item, it must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 10 days of receipt.  Please contact us on [email protected]  or Tel. 01609 761022 within two days of receipt or as soon as possible to advise us that you wish to return the jewellery and for further instructions.  For obvious hygiene reasons earrings must not be worn until you are certain you are retaining them.  Any refund will be strictly conditional on the goods being returned in their original condition.  Unless you are returning goods that are faulty, Pearl Passion will not refund postage costs and would recommend returning goods either Recorded or Special Delivery and retain proof of posting.  Pearl Passion cannot be held responsbile for goods lost in the post.  Nothing in this procedure impacts your statutory rights.

5. Contract of Sale

  • Whilst every effort will be made to ensure the accuracy of this site we reserve the right to remove, substitute or change the information without notice. Due to the exclusive nature of many of our products we may, in exceptional circumstances, be unable to fulfil your order and we will re-credit your original card with the costs involved. We will however contact you by telephone or email within two working days to discuss any alternatives that you might consider appropriate.

6. General 

  • Prices are in GBP Sterling (£) and are not subject to VAT because Pearl Passion is not VAT registered.
  • Images on our website are for illustration and may vary slightly in colour from the actual item depending on screen monitors etc.
  • Payments must be by debit or credit card, you are legally capable of entering a binding contract and the information you provide is accurate and complete
  • Our delivery policy requires you or your nominee to be present to sign for the delivery, or if not possible requires you to arrange collection from the nominated carrier
  • Your privacy as an individual and as a customer is important to us, so we will not use the information you provide on this site to learn any more about you other than what is required to fulfill your order and will be kept strictly confidential
  • The website images, design and written text are protected and owned or controlled by "Pearl Passion"
  • The prices quoted on our website may vary from those stocked in other retail outlets. Prices on the website may also vary from time to time as commercial needs dictate
